Worked with Fredy for 6 years. He's done everything from house repairs, hanging cameras, TVs, fixing drawers, painting, fitting furniture, small renovations and connecting me with his contacts when something is outside his lane. Always shows up on time and never overcharges. Genuine in his work, polite and quiet to a fault.
Can communicate in English but Spanish is preferred.

Oreste and his brother Carlos are hard working, on time and well priced. They take most jobs, small or big: painting inside and out, damp, tiling, floors, bathrooms, kitchens and general maintenance. I recommend them personally.

Thomas is a technical architect at ArquiStruct. He checks a home before you buy, with a full building survey, and a new build before you get the keys, with a snagging list.
For one of my clients he checked a crack that looked bad. It was normal settling, the fix was cosmetic, and we had his report in writing before we talked about the price. He works all along the coast. I recommend him personally.
