How the Costa del Sol town quiz works

Six picture questions: sea or hills, quiet or lively, budget, how you get around, what your days look like. Each answer gives points to the towns that fit it, from the site's own area guides, not from a formula bought somewhere. At the end you see the towns with the most points, with the guide for each one, so you can read what living there is really like.

It covers 23 places between Sotogrande and Nerja: Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Málaga, Nerja and the smaller ones in between that most people have never heard of before they move here. The result can be one town or several. The coast is one long neighbourhood, so whichever one you pick, the others stay minutes away.
