Planta Bistrot is run by Gerda and Samantha. It’s the kind of spot you end up recommending to friends without even thinking about it.

The menu leans vegetarian and vegan, but it never feels limiting. Meat and fish eaters are well taken care of too, thanks to smart add-ons that let everyone order what they want. Everything feels healthy, fresh, balanced, and thoughtfully put together. The corn ribs are a must, the salads and hamburgers are consistently great, and honestly, it’s hard to go wrong with anything on the menu.

The whole place has a relaxed boho feel. You can show up in sporty clothes and still feel comfortable, but if you want to blend in, think light tones and boho chic, linens, big straw hats, that effortless Mediterranean look. It’s stylish without being pretentious, which is part of its charm.

Planta Bistrot has both indoor and outdoor seating. Downstairs, you’ll also find their organic food market, which adds another layer to the experience and makes it more than just a restaurant.
