The I/O Gym and NAC Club Padel

The I/O Gym and NAC Club Padel

The Gym
This is actually the gym where I train myself, so if you come by at the right time, we might even run into each other. It’s a members-only gym, which means you need to book an appointment before you can buy or get approved for a membership. It’s definitely one of the more expensive gyms on the coast, with memberships around €140 per month, but for me, it’s been worth every penny.

The gym is modern with good equipment and space for strength training, functional workouts, and you have plenty of group classes. And one thing I really appreciate is that it never feels overcrowded, which is rare in Marbella.

The crowd is a nice balance. Some people come for wellness, yoga, Pilates, or just to enjoy the restaurant, while others are there to train seriously. Everything is in one spot, from the gym itself to the Soul restaurant, a juice bar, and some hangout areas. You also have easy parking right outside, a kids club, and the beach just a short walk away.

The Padel Club

Just a few steps away in the same building you have the padel courts. The courts are well-kept, the lighting is good, and there’s enough space around to chill with a drink or meal after a match. It’s perfect whether you want a friendly game with mates or a more competitive session. They also have a competition court where they organize games.

People here tend to be passionate about padel, so it’s a good place if you want to find like-minded people. If your trip to Marbella involves padel, this is your place.
