ForumCosta is built on one simple idea: real people sharing real experiences.

If something is recommended here, it is because someone actually used it and had a good experience. If something is criticised, it is because it genuinely went wrong. That is the whole point. Everything lives or dies with the community.

• No banner ads, ever
• Reviews and rankings are never for sale
• No one can pay to sit at the top, and no one is protected from criticism
• Anything we ever feature is hand-picked and clearly marked

Posts go live immediately. There is no pre-approval, and admins do not gatekeep what gets posted the way typical Facebook groups do. If a post breaks the rules, it is removed afterwards. Depending on severity, users may be warned, restricted, or banned, and businesses can be permanently blacklisted.

This creates a level playing field. Independent workers, small companies, and large corporations all get the same visibility and the same opportunity.

Posts stay up unless their author deletes them or moderators remove them for breaking the rules. Good businesses and services rise through upvotes; bad ones sink through downvotes and honest feedback. Over time, the signal gets stronger: the people who consistently deliver value stand out, and the ones who do not fade away.

This only works if people use it properly. No fake reviews, no promotion disguised as recommendations, no manipulation. Just real input from real people.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• You may not post or promote any illegal, unlicensed, or non-compliant activity
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on content in this forum
• Forum posts are not advice, endorsement, or verification
• Any decision to engage, hire, or pay a third party is made at your own risk

CORE RULES

1. Be respectful. No insults, harassment, threats, racism, discrimination, or personal attacks. Zero tolerance: this means instant deletion of the post and a permanent account ban.
2. Be constructive. No trolling, provoking, or unnecessary conflict.
3. No spam. No repetitive posting, irrelevant links, low-quality content, or fake recommendations.
4. No scams or misleading content. No false information, fake reviews, or manipulation.
5. Stay relevant. Post in the correct category, or the post will be moved or removed.
6. No illegal activity. No promotion of illegal services or undeclared work. Everything must comply with Spanish law.
7. No personal data. Do not share private information about others.
8. No impersonation. Do not pretend to be someone else or a business.
9. No manipulation. No coordinated reviews, fake accounts, or paid endorsements.

CONTENT MODERATION

We reserve the right to remove any post or comment at any time, to edit, move, or close threads, to restrict accounts, and to blacklist businesses permanently. Content that goes against the spirit of this forum will be removed even if it follows the rules on a technicality.

ENFORCEMENT & CONSEQUENCES

Actions depend on severity and behaviour:

• Content removal: posts or comments deleted
• Warnings: users notified and guided
• Restrictions: limited ability to post or comment
• Temporary bans: short-term suspension
• Permanent bans: account removed for good
• Blacklisting: users, emails, IPs, or businesses permanently blocked. For serious offences, names, services, businesses, or groups may be blacklisted publicly on the forums.

Severe violations can mean an immediate permanent ban, without warning.

REPORTING

If you see something wrong, report it. Do not engage with trolls or bad actors: moderators will review and act.

ForumCosta and ForumHub SL do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user, recommendation, business, service, or piece of advice. All content is user-generated.

We are not responsible for losses, damages, fraud, misrepresentation, work quality, or agreements between users. You use this platform at your own discretion.

LEGAL & RESPONSIBILITY

ForumCosta.com is only a platform. We are not involved in transactions, payments, contracts, or employment relationships, and we do not verify licences, insurance, legal status, autónomo registration, or social security compliance. It is your responsibility to verify everything before engaging.

Always:

• Follow Spanish law

Never:

• Pay large amounts upfront without protection
• Work with unverified individuals

If a user promotes or engages in illegal activity, the responsibility lies entirely with that user. Not with ForumCosta, not with ForumHub SL, not with Filip Peretz. We do not support or facilitate illegal services. Such content will be removed and may be reported to the police.
