Exoticca in San Pedro de Alcantara is one of our go-to lunch spots when we honestly have no idea what we’re in the mood for. The reason is simple – their menu has pretty much everything. It makes life easy.

We’ve been here with family, once in a group of eight, and everyone ordered completely different dishes. Somehow, everything that came out was good. That’s actually harder to find than you think. It’s not trying to be fancy or trendy, and that’s part of why we like it. It’s just solid, reliable food that works. They have breakfast, lunch and dinner, or you can drop by for just a coffee.

The staff are friendly and attentive, prices feel reasonable for the area, and you leave satisfied. It’s the kind of place where you know what you’re getting, and it rarely disappoints.

One of the best things about Exoticca is the location. It’s perfectly placed along the San Pedro beach promenade. We usually park the car, take a walk along the beach, and then stop there for lunch before heading home. It turns a simple meal into a nice little routine.
