Trocadero Benalmádena

Trocadero Benalmádena is close to our hearts. We had some of our very first dates here many years ago and still go back occasionally for the amazing ambience. Filip also takes clients here all the time. It has great food, the best sea view and always great service.

It’s part of the Trocadero Group, with restaurants all along the Costa del Sol, but for us, this is the best one.

Trocadero Benalmádena sits right on La Viborilla beach in Torrequebrada and opened in 2019. The restaurant and cocktail bar are down at sea level, with the Botánico rooftop above. On weekdays, it’s more of an evening place.

The menu is Mediterranean, with both grilled fish and meat, as well as a sushi menu. Honestly, everything is great here.

Personal tip: Combine it with a visit to the butterfly park in Benalmádena Pueblo. Have lunch at Trocadero first and head up to the butterfly park afterwards, one of our favorite combinations for an afternoon in Benalmádena.
