Feria de San Isidro is on for six days every May, around the 15th, the patron saint's day. Smaller and more traditional than the big July feria. Recinto Ferial "fair grounds" is off Juan Carlos I. Free entry. Casetas, food stalls, 70+ rides, live music in the Caseta Oficial until 3 to 5am. Tuesday is Día del Niño, up to 50% off the rides. The procession on the 15th is the one to see. Leaves at 18:00 through the old town with horsemen, decorated floats, verdiales bands and the saint. Streets get covered in ferns and palms. Weekend before is the Romería, day out at Los Pedregales park with food, music and dance. No dress code but plenty of locals go full traje de gitana or traje campero. Jeans are fine too. Programa drops on the Ayuntamiento site a few weeks before.
