Damian installs, repairs and services aircon all along the coast. He works for himself, so you deal with him directly. He is reliable and he answers fast. That matters most in summer, when everyone needs their aircon at the same time and a broken unit cannot wait.
He also does the yearly service, so your units are clean and ready before the heat comes. I recommend him personally.

Alba runs an interior design studio in Marbella, and she is a qualified architect too. New builds, resales, full renovations and home staging. She has more than 10 years of experience and works with any budget: an Ikea bed next to a made-to-measure wardrobe is fine with her.
Her suppliers give her 10 to 30% off because she orders often. If you buy a new build, talk to her 3 months before you get the keys. I recommend her personally.

Thomas is a technical architect at ArquiStruct. He checks a home before you buy, with a full building survey, and a new build before you get the keys, with a snagging list.
For one of my clients he checked a crack that looked bad. It was normal settling, the fix was cosmetic, and we had his report in writing before we talked about the price. He works all along the coast. I recommend him personally.
