Saltao

Saltao Marbella is the name, but you find it up in Benahavís, inside the Lake Club at Real de La Quinta, and it is run by the prestigious restaurant group Azotea. A fantastic, brand new Peruvian restaurant, and one of those places you do not find unless somebody has told you about it. I am extremely happy to be among the first visitors, back when the Lake Club soft opened in spring 2026.

The food is Peruvian and it has soul. I always go for the Solomillo. My wife loves the ceviche. Excellent cocktails too, including a Latina take on the pornstar martini. The staff are lovely, with Amador as head waiter.

The setting is absolutely beautiful: you sit at the amenity lake watching people paddle boarding and kayaking. Great for meetings, a fantastic venue for events, and I am sure there will be plenty of weddings here. Remote workers should check it out too.

Only fifteen minutes from the sea, with plenty of underground parking. You will not regret it.
